- Partners closely with Product, Clinical, Customer Success, and GTM
- Collaborates with Data & ML Engineering on data modeling and governance
What You’ll Do
- Partner with stakeholders to define success states and set data-driven goals
- Design key metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for product and business improvement
- Design and run experiments to evaluate opportunities with statistical rigor and significance
- Influence data model design by collaborating with Data & ML Engineers (dimensional models, reliability, accessibility)
- Champion strong data governance and raise the bar on data and code quality
- Mentor and elevate the team through technical guidance, curiosity, and clarity in ambiguity
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (math, stats, etc.); Master’s/PhD preferred
- 8+ years of hands-on experience influencing product and business decisions through experimentation and advanced analytics
- Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience (preferred)
- Deep technical strength in:
- SQL and dbt for querying, transforming, and validating complex datasets
- Python and/or R for advanced statistical modeling
- Building robust data models and enforcing data quality guardrails with engineering partners
- Designing and scaling causal inference and experimentation frameworks
- Data visualization and storytelling that drives action across technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, creativity, and follow-through
- Excellent communication, strong leadership instincts, and ability to align people around a vision
