What You’ll Do
- Become an expert in Pomelo’s patient care and clinical outcomes data and help shape Pomelo’s data culture
- Build recurring and custom reports and dashboards for care delivery, operational performance, and patient outcomes
- Partner with Customer Success, Operations, Market Ops, and Finance to scope requests and translate needs into technical requirements
- Reduce manual reporting time by identifying automation opportunities and implementing the right tooling
- Use data to tell Pomelo’s value story, improve patient care, and inform strategy through metrics and visualizations
What You Need
- 4+ years experience in data analytics, data science, data engineering, or statistical analysis involving SQL
- Strong interest in improving maternal health outcomes
- Ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams as an autonomous individual contributor
- Experience scoping and delivering data solutions for ambiguous problems, prioritizing efficacy over complexity
- Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and ability to tailor insights to different audiences
