Cross-functional collaboration with teams across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Finance
Agile environment with ownership of end-to-end technical projects
What You’ll Do
- Architect, design, implement, and operate end-to-end data engineering solutions using Agile practices
- Build and manage robust vendor and partner data integrations, including complex API integrations
- Partner with analysts, data scientists, DBAs, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions
- Lead technical projects, owning execution in a fast-paced environment
- Improve pipeline quality, security, efficiency, reliability, and scalability while reducing data latency
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of hands-on data engineering experience
- 4+ years building and maintaining complex ETL/ELT pipelines
- 3+ years of Python building production-grade data APIs (FastAPI or similar)
- Advanced SQL skills including query optimization and performance tuning
- Expert-level dbt implementation experience (models, macros, incremental/dynamic tables)
- Strong Snowflake experience (performance optimization, Time Travel recovery, advanced modeling)
- AWS data services experience (Kinesis, Firehose, Redshift, Spectrum, EMR, Lambda) plus ECS/EKS for deploying data apps
