This role is for an analyst who likes high-stakes product problems where measurement actually matters. You’ll focus on payments strategy, partnering with the Money Movement product team to improve purchasing and payout experiences while driving conversion, take rate, and unit economics.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Money Movement product team to improve payments strategy and the purchase-to-payout experience
  • Build reporting frameworks and metrics to estimate incremental revenue driven by new features
  • Define, evaluate, and monitor key metrics, including diagnosing root causes of change and surfacing insights to leadership
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics Engineering to implement and measure a new Account Credit payment method
  • Measure the impact of new payment methods on conversion and how it affects take rate
  • Perform A/B test analysis with the Checkout Product Team, deep-diving results to shape experimentation roadmaps
  • Run exploratory analysis to optimize payment options and influence customers toward certain payment methods
  • Analyze cost drivers that impact net take, partnering with Supply Product teams to improve unit economics
  • Build durable data modeling solutions and automate analyses using SQL-based ETL frameworks
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to product teams to influence decisions

What You Need

  • 4+ years of relevant analytics experience
  • Degree in a quantitative field (economics, computer science, statistics, mathematics, psychology, or similar)
  • Expert-level SQL skills
  • Experience analyzing large datasets
  • Experience building reports and dashboards with BI tools
  • Understanding of online testing methodologies and metric development
  • Proficiency in Python or R is a plus
  • Payments experience and comfort with complex revenue metrics is a plus
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Payments, Risk)
