The Digital Platform Delivery team builds and supports enterprise-wide software tools that keep the organization running efficiently. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you’ll partner with business units and technology teams to design high-impact solutions using Agile practices.


Schedule

  • Full-time, exempt
  • Remote (California residents only)
  • Salary range: $100,500 – $110,000 annually
  • Occasional travel and on-call support required

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle for enterprise applications, including workflow analysis, documentation, and technical design.
  • Lead requirements sessions and stakeholder meetings to define software solutions.
  • Identify functional gaps, propose enhancements, and collaborate with product owners using Agile methodologies.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, technical specs, diagrams, and mockups.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for complex digital initiatives from start to finish.
  • Provide Tier 3 operational support and resolve advanced system issues.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as customizing forms, dashboards, workflows, and role-based access.
  • Coordinate software upgrades and ensure seamless integration with business processes.
  • Mentor BSA I and BSA II team members to strengthen department expertise.
  • Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and business partners to troubleshoot and enhance enterprise software solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Seven years of experience in financial or health services with business analysis, product development, or process improvement focus.
  • Strong background in Agile development or Azure DevOps environments.
  • Advanced communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable, efficient software solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise software systems, process documentation, and operational standards.
  • Strong analytical reasoning, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and support after-hours incidents.
