- Collaboration with IT, Engineering, Product, and Compliance teams
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and Oracle
- Lead adoption of secure SDLC practices across software development teams
- Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
- Deploy and manage DAST tools for runtime vulnerability detection
- Establish and enforce secure coding standards (aligned with OWASP)
- Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for new features and platforms
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI, SOX, and other regulations
- Configure and optimize SIEM tools such as CrowdStrike and Azure Sentinel
- Lead vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for applications and infrastructure
- Provide expert input on engineering, IT, and application design reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 7+ years in cybersecurity, including 3+ years in security architecture
- Deep knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI, SOX, and SOC2 compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in cloud security frameworks (CSA CCM, NIST 800-53, CIS Benchmarks)
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Oracle
- Expertise with IaC security (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Familiarity with container and serverless security (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Preferred certifications: CCSP, CISSP, AWS Certified Security Specialty
