What You’ll Do
- Lead workshops to assess AI readiness across identity, data, and compliance
- Define and implement AI governance frameworks (policy, access control, data protection, risk management)
- Translate Microsoft security and compliance tools into actionable recommendations (Entra ID, Purview, Defender, M365, Azure AI)
- Advise on secure adoption of generative AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry)
- Design controls for data boundary enforcement, labeling, DLP, and prompt-safety
- Review IAM for AI workloads, including MFA, Conditional Access, and privileged identity controls
- Recommend monitoring, auditing, and incident response strategies for AI misuse or data leakage
- Present findings and next steps to IT leadership with clear business and compliance implications
What You Need
- 5+ years in cloud security, compliance, or architecture in enterprise Microsoft environments
- Experience advising enterprises on secure adoption of M365 and AI workloads (Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry)
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Defender for Cloud Apps, Azure Policy, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Fabric, and M365 administration
- Strong understanding of responsible AI, privacy-by-design, and regulatory compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication for executive-level engagement
- Familiarity with compliance alignment such as GDPR, ISO/IEC 42001, and NIST AI RMF
