What You’ll Do
• Partner closely with customer project POCs and the cross-functional delivery team
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring milestones, objectives, and timelines are met
• Align project execution with interdependent projects, programs, and stakeholders
• Maintain strong communication channels across teams to keep priorities clear and blockers visible
• Drive Agile process improvements and support transformation efforts at the organizational level
• Facilitate collaboration and continuous improvement to increase delivery predictability and team velocity
What You Need
• 10+ years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
• 3+ years in a senior or enterprise-level Scrum Master role
• Proven experience leading Agile transformations and org-level process improvements
• Experience with SAFe or other scaled/enterprise Agile methods
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in fast-paced environments
• Comfort working with Agile approaches beyond Scrum (Kanban, Lean, XP)
Preferred
• CSM, SAFe SSM, or equivalent Agile certifications
• Enterprise experience coordinating across multiple teams and dependencies
