What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with the customer project POCs and a cross-functional project team
- Own end-to-end delivery: drive milestones, timelines, and objectives to completion
- Keep the project aligned with interdependent projects, programs, and stakeholders
- Maintain strong communication across teams and leaders to prevent surprises
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove blockers to keep delivery moving
- Drive Agile process improvements and support transformation efforts at an org level
- Help teams work together effectively, stay accountable, and hit commitments
What You Need
- 10+ years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- At least 3 years in a senior or enterprise-level Scrum Master role
- Proven experience leading Agile transformations and org-level process improvements
- Experience with SAFe or other enterprise Agile methodologies
- Certifications preferred: CSM, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise or fast-paced environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile beyond Scrum (Kanban, Lean, XP, etc.) (preferred)
