• Project based expectations, including leading cutover planning, prep, and execution
What You’ll Do
• Lead the data migration architecture for SAP implementations and migrations, especially S/4HANA
• Design and implement SAP data migration and master data solutions using the S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC, LTMOM, Direct Transfer)
• Build the overall data migration strategy, including governance, sequencing, validation, and risk management
• Partner with business stakeholders to uncover data management pain points and recommend practical strategies and techniques
• Drive data management and migration activities across SAP environments and functional areas
• Plan and execute cutover activities, ensuring readiness and smooth transition into go live
What You Need
• Extensive experience as an SAP Data Migration Architect
• Strong hands on experience designing and implementing SAP data migration and master data solutions
• Deep experience creating migration strategies for S/4HANA implementations or migrations
• Advisory level ability to translate business data issues into clear, actionable migration approaches
• Broad SAP functional exposure (FI, OTC, IM/WM, PP/QM, PLM, IBP, and related areas)
• Proven cutover planning and execution experience
