This is a senior level SAP data migration role for someone who can lead ECC to S/4HANA conversion work without letting bad data slip through. You’ll own data rationalization, remediation, and validation in an ITAR sensitive environment where precision and consistency matter every day.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the rationalization and migration of master and transactional data from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA
- Provide guidance on estimating and planning remediation for custom objects
- Establish consistent remediation and validation measurements by object type across teams
- Troubleshoot issues and provide code remediation support when needed
- Participate in daily standups, weekly status reporting, and reviews to keep migration execution aligned
What You Need
- 15+ years of experience qualifying and rationalizing data for production migrations
- 7+ years of experience using SAP Software Update Manager (SUM) with Database Migration Option (DMO)
- Extensive experience with SAP Aerospace and Defense data migration involving ITAR sensitive data
- Deep SAP expertise with strong judgment around remediation, validation, and migration execution
- Must be a US Person and able to provide proof of US citizenship
- Must live in Puerto Rico and work without sponsorship now or in the future
