This is a senior level SAP data migration role for someone who knows how to move messy, high stakes ERP data into S/4HANA without breaking the business. You’ll lead data rationalization, remediation, and validation work in an ITAR sensitive environment where accuracy and consistency are non negotiable.

What You’ll Do
- Support the rationalization and migration of master and transactional data from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA
- Provide guidance on estimating and planning remediation for custom objects
- Set consistent remediation and validation measurements by object type across teams
- Provide troubleshooting and code remediation support as needed
- Participate in daily standups, weekly status reporting, and reviews to keep migration work aligned and moving
What You Need
- 15+ years of experience qualifying and rationalizing data for production migration
- 7+ years of experience using SAP Software Update Manager (SUM) with Database Migration Option (DMO)
- Extensive experience migrating data in SAP Aerospace and Defense solutions with ITAR sensitive data
- Deep SAP experience with strong judgment around remediation, validation, and migration execution
- US citizenship and ITAR compliance (US Person status)
- Ability to work in Puerto Rico and meet all client security and compliance expectations
