Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the U.S. or Canada
- Flexible hours with collaboration across design, product, and engineering teams
What You’ll Do
- Design and ship intuitive, elegant flows that simplify complex workflows
- Translate concepts into production-ready React, JSX, and advanced CSS
- Create scalable design systems, UI libraries, and patterns documented in Storybook
- Prototype, test, and refine user experiences based on feedback and usability studies
- Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to deliver features that feel modern and cohesive
What You Need
- 6+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio showcasing strong interaction design and visual polish
- Comfort designing in Figma/Adobe Suite and coding in React, JSX, and CSS
- Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
- Strong user journey mapping skills with proven ability to simplify complex flows
- Ability to iterate quickly, balancing rapid experiments with long-term scalable design
