Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Remote (U.S. only)
  • Shifts vary by time zone:
    • ET: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
    • CT: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • MT: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
    • PT: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Schedule will be either Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
  • Initial training: Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

  • Provide support via phone, email, chat, and messaging to help customers troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Represent Allegion with professionalism and accuracy, creating service request tickets as needed
  • Develop a working knowledge of Allegion residential products, reference materials, and internal systems
  • Handle customer interactions through resolution or escalate when necessary
  • Meet performance goals and build trust through reliable follow-through
  • Contribute to internal communication via team chats and forums

What You Need

  • 3+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • 1+ year of call center experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
  • Ability to multitask, type 35+ WPM, and communicate clearly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic web apps
  • Comfortable using smart devices and learning technical concepts
  • Remote work setup with reliable internet access
