What You’ll Do
- Execute test strategies across secure production environments
- Ensure high-quality product releases and accurate data pipelines in a fast-moving agile team
- Design testing approaches for new features across API, UI, ETL, and Azure Data Factory components
- Perform and maintain manual regression tests, automated UI tests, and automated API tests
- Validate ADF pipelines, ETL workflows, and end-to-end data transformations
- Conduct file-level testing (CSV, JSON, XML, Parquet, etc.) for schema accuracy and data integrity
- Test Dynamics 365 workflows, business logic, and forms
- Validate Power Automate flows and integrations
- Execute exploratory testing across various OS and browser environments
- Investigate and identify root causes for reported or discovered issues
- Communicate test coverage, quality metrics, and risk assessments prior to releases
What You Need
- 1+ years of automation experience and 2+ years of software or web testing
- Skilled in both automated and manual QA methodologies
- Understanding of agile QA principles focused on confidence and risk management
- Ability to balance short-term testing needs with long-term automation goals
- Strong communication skills with a quality-first mindset
- Collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn within QA and engineering teams
- Working SQL knowledge for validation across multiple data sources
- Experience validating ADF/ETL pipelines and data ingestion processes
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Power Automate preferred
- Must reside in the United States
