- Work cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and product teams
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks with Playwright and TypeScript for UI and API testing
- Develop test plans and cases based on requirements and specifications
- Execute automated tests across end-to-end, integration, and component levels
- Perform and automate API testing using tools like Postman and Playwright
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable feedback
- Analyze results, document defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies
- Stay current on software testing best practices and automation trends
What You Need
- 2+ years of software QA experience with a focus on automation
- Experience with Playwright and TypeScript test automation
- Strong skills in API testing (Postman, automated scripts)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web app architecture
- Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Cypress, Selenium, or other test frameworks
- Knowledge of performance and security testing practices
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Database testing (SQL)
