- Standard business hours, with flexibility for proposal deadlines
What You’ll Do
- Write clear, compelling proposals and RFP responses
- Manage and edit content for proposals and supporting documents
- Research companies, nonprofits, RFPs, and grants to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and technical teams
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders and translate insights into strategies
- Ensure proposals comply with requirements, meet deadlines, and maintain professional standards
- Create graphics, presentations, and schedules to support proposal development
What You Need
- 6+ years of proven proposal writing experience, including samples
- Strong technical writing and ability to explain complex concepts
- Knowledge of Drupal (latest backend and Core) — samples required
- Familiarity with UX changes and responsive design principles
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines
- Experience with proposal software and design tools (MS Word, InDesign, Publisher, Photoshop)
- Positive, collaborative attitude
