What You’ll Do
⦁ Design, implement, and refine prompts and conversational flows for agentic automation and consumer self-service
⦁ Build scalable JavaScript components inside a specialized scripting framework and integrate them with NLP/ML systems
⦁ Increase automation across contact center channels by shipping new self-service features and capabilities
⦁ Use GenAI coding assistants to accelerate development, improve testing, and strengthen code quality across the lifecycle
⦁ Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain strong testing and documentation standards
⦁ Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership that keeps the team moving fast without breaking things
⦁ Monitor performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and help maintain stable, reliable applications
⦁ Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployments
⦁ Create and maintain technical documentation for features, configurations, and systems
What You Need
⦁ Demonstrated experience in prompt engineering for agentic automation and consumer self-service applications
⦁ 3+ years of JavaScript development experience
⦁ Experience with AWS services such as DynamoDB and Lambda
⦁ Working knowledge of using GenAI tools to accelerate coding and testing (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar)
⦁ Ability to lead, collaborate, and guide a team in a fast-moving engineering environment
⦁ Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
