What You’ll Do
- Organize tickets and manage the product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and ship products efficiently
- Address obstacles and track progress against goals
- Conduct customer research and lead user testing
- Stay current with trends in website visibility, marketing, and SEO
- Improve internal development processes
- Report progress and performance to stakeholders and management
What You Need
- Proven track record developing successful product strategies
- Strong understanding of UX and software development processes
- Experience in a SaaS or software company
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Experience with remote work and agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Knowledge of website visibility, marketing, and SEO
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bonus: Technical expertise or deeper understanding of web technologies
