What You’ll Do
⦁ Design AI-powered solutions for legal workflows in partnership with legal pros, engineers, and product teams
⦁ Build and refine applications that generate accurate legal content (contracts, documents, correspondence)
⦁ Apply legal process knowledge, terminology, and regulatory awareness to ensure solutions fit real-world legal work
⦁ Improve AI output quality by exploring techniques that boost accuracy, performance, and efficiency
⦁ Integrate AI-driven applications into the NetDocuments platform alongside the Professional Services team
⦁ Stay current on legal AI trends and translate useful advances into better solutions
⦁ Create and maintain best practices and documentation for building AI workflow applications
⦁ Support additional Professional Services work as needed
What You Need
⦁ Proven experience in legal services with deep knowledge of legal workflows and terminology
⦁ Experience building or configuring complex solutions in low-code/no-code platforms
⦁ Strong prompt engineering skills with frontier generative AI models
⦁ Familiarity with Azure OpenAI services and tools (highly desirable)
⦁ Ability to craft precise, context-aware prompts that drive reliable outputs
⦁ Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical groups
⦁ Problem-solving mindset with a focus on iteration and continuous improvement
⦁ Detail-oriented quality control to protect accuracy in AI-generated legal content
⦁ Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
⦁ Preferred: Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Compensation
⦁ $100,000 to $110,000 (range listed includes on-target earnings; actual offer varies by level, location, and experience)
Real talk: this role is niche. If you don’t have real legal workflow exposure, it’ll be hard to sell. But if you’ve lived in legal ops, doc automation, or legal services and you’ve been building with GenAI (especially Azure OpenAI), this is a clean alignment.
