What You’ll Do
- Architect and optimize scalable, secure AI systems and integrate AI models into production using MLOps best practices
- Ensure AI solutions are resilient, compliant, efficient, and built to manage risk and change
- Lead deep-dive analyses of operational data to deliver objective insights for business leaders
- Design and lead advanced analytics work, translating complex findings into clear, visual presentations
- Champion data-driven decision-making and support others in data wrangling and analysis
- Build and deploy advanced analytical methods to generate actionable insights for stakeholders and business development partners
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analytics workflows where it improves speed and consistency
- Initiate and lead AI/ML initiatives, including hands-on development of AI/ML code
- Write scripts and SQL queries; serve as a point of contact for analytical usage across multiple projects
- Guide operational partners on product performance and improvement/maturity options
- Contribute to enterprise-wide data initiatives and strengthen internal relationships across the organization
- Create and promote playbooks, best practices, lessons learned, and internal intellectual capital
- Support AI solution development across Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, and classical machine learning
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies and assess production applicability
- Mentor junior analysts/data scientists and help lead teams and projects end to end
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 10–12 years of relevant professional experience
- 10+ years of software development plus AI/ML/data science experience
- Professional programming experience (e.g., Python, R, etc.)
- Experience building AI / machine learning solutions
- Experience contributing on teams and leading AI/DS/analytics teams
- Experience mentoring junior staff
- Experience with modeling and simulation
- Experience with program management
- Strong systems thinking, problem-solving ability, and comfort operating in complex environments
