  • Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
  • Travel required for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual meetings at offices in Mississauga or Salt Lake City

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for enterprise AI architecture
  • Design and build LLM-powered agents using MS Copilot Studio, Salesforce Agentforce, and other frameworks
  • Implement orchestration flows with LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or similar tools
  • Embed AI agents within business systems, enabling automation and workload orchestration
  • Develop architectural standards, patterns, and governance for AI lifecycle management
  • Partner with business leaders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Conduct research and POCs on emerging technologies, recommending cost-effective adoption
  • Lead architectural reviews, risk assessments, and alignment across enterprise systems

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years in AI/ML, intelligent systems, or software engineering (2+ in LLM-based or agentic AI development)
  • Proficiency in Python for backend systems, APIs, and containerized services
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic (plus RAG and prompt engineering)
  • Familiarity with agent orchestration tools (LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, AutoGen)
  • Prior Principal Architect experience in a global organization
  • Proven track record leading enterprise-scale AI initiatives
  • Architecture certifications (Azure, TOGAF, Salesforce TA) preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and business relationship skills
  • Deep understanding of security architecture and enterprise technology standards
