- 3+ years as a Support Engineer or Software Developer with customer-facing responsibilities
- Working knowledge of MySQL (or Postgres, MSSQL, etc.) and strong querying ability
- Ability to read and write code in at least one modern programming language
- Comfort using Chrome DevTools (or equivalent) to investigate web app issues
- Proven experience debugging complex API integrations
- Strong communication skills, including with senior leadership
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
