  • Experience with Epic Cogito tools (Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench)
  • Familiarity with reporting/visualization tools like Crystal Reports and Power BI
  • Background working in healthcare IT environments
  • Strong communication skills, especially translating between technical teams and business leaders
