What You’ll Do
- Support and improve a complex SaaS platform with a focus on reliability, availability, and performance
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure in AWS using Infrastructure as Code
- Analyze systems for security vulnerabilities and performance issues, then drive fixes and prevention
- Contribute to monitoring, incident response, and operational improvements that strengthen system health
- Automate upgrades, patching, and recurring operational tasks across the platform
- Support Windows Server services and environments (AD, DNS, GPO, PKI, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with peers and cross-functional teams to solve problems and ship improvements
- Support web application farms, load balancing, and CI/CD deployment processes
What You Need
- Advanced experience supporting SaaS platforms
- Strong Terraform and Infrastructure as Code skills
- AWS experience managing and supporting cloud platforms
- Strong Windows Server platform experience (AD, DNS, GPO, PKI, etc.)
- Proven system management skills, including automation, patch management, and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of web application farms, load balancing, and CI/CD deployments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and handle multiple priorities
- Comfort joining an on-call rotation (24/7 weekly after onboarding)
