What You’ll Do

  • Lead design and planning of cloud-native systems with scalability and security as core requirements
  • Own AWS deployments using Infrastructure as Code and platform automation
  • Implement and support AI-driven automation (event-driven decisioning, anomaly detection, auto-remediation, intelligent workflows)
  • Tune workloads for reliability, performance, and cost efficiency
  • Build and maintain observability: monitoring, alerting, recovery processes, and operational readiness
  • Improve CI/CD and internal platform tooling to streamline developer and ops workflows
  • Stay current on cloud, automation, and AI-assisted DevOps practices and bring practical improvements to the team

What You Need

  • Hands-on Kubernetes administration experience (including ArgoCD and Helm)
  • Strong Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience
  • Experience supporting complex, distributed SaaS platforms
  • Strong AWS experience (certifications a plus)
  • Experience integrating automation tools such as AI-assisted monitoring, AIOps platforms, automated runbooks, or automated incident response workflows
  • Strong understanding of platform security, IAM, and securing automation pipelines
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Internal Developer Platforms (IDP)
  • Nice to have: event-driven architectures, rule engines, and cloud-native automation tools (e.g., AWS Step Functions, Bedrock Agents, Lambda)
  • Nice to have: Solution Architect Professional and/or Kubernetes certifications
