Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple clients.
  • Build and execute strategy across search, display, remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting.
  • Set up and validate conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and CRM integrations.
  • Monitor pacing and adjust budgets to maintain efficiency within CPA/CPL targets.
  • Manage negative keywords to reduce waste and improve ROI.
  • Analyze weekly performance and implement ongoing optimizations (bids, creative tests, landing page suggestions).
  • Prepare monthly client reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with SEO, design, and development teams to align campaigns with broader strategies.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads and paid media trends.
  • Manage additional ad platforms as needed, including Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing Ads.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable growth (CPL, ROAS, CTR, rankings) with first-party data examples.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Editor and Keyword Planner.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, optimization, and ROI tracking.
  • Familiarity with GA4 and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certification.
  • Experience with Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing Ads.
  • Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page testing.
  • Prior experience working at a digital agency.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp).
