Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Not available in AK, ME, DC, NJ, CA, NY, MA, CT, CO, WA, OR, or MN
- Shift options vary; must be available for one of the designated schedules (listed in the application)
- Two-week training required: Mon–Fri
What You’ll Do
- Contact newly admitted clients by phone, email, and text to ensure enrollment steps are complete
- Guide clients through insurance understanding and financial enrollment
- Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams including Admissions, Billing, Clinical, Utilization Review, and Outreach
- Support Clinical Care requests and help resolve issues affecting attendance
- Identify gaps in treatment participation and proactively reach out to resolve concerns
- Share aftercare resources and help families schedule follow-up appointments
- Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and client calendar needs
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Adapt to organizational updates, workflow changes, and department needs
- Meet KPI expectations: scheduling rates, call volume, financial completion rates, issue resolution time, client satisfaction, and other performance targets
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in customer service, patient support, or client-facing roles
- 1–2 years of CRM experience (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- 1–2 years using contact center technology
- Experience with financial discussions; health insurance or medical billing knowledge is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High emotional intelligence and client-centered approach
- Knowledge of HIPAA standards
- Proficiency with Slack, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and EMRs
- Native or bilingual English proficiency
