Schedule

  • Part-time: 25–30 hours per week

    • 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sun)
    • Sunday also includes a 2:00 PM–7:00 PM block (as stated in the posting)

What You’ll Do

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions with professionalism and speed
  • Identify issues quickly and resolve concerns in real time to drive one-call resolution
  • Explain IID-related requirements and customer responsibilities clearly and accurately
  • Use internal tools to provide correct, complete information
  • Process customer payments accurately and securely when needed
  • Stay on schedule and hit punctuality, quality, and efficiency targets
  • Complete training assessments and ongoing training requirements

What You Need

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience
  • Comfortable typing and talking at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and able to work independently
  • Strong judgment and critical thinking, especially when applying policies and state regulations
  • Ability to consistently meet attendance and performance standards
