What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day NetSuite administration, including user access, roles and permissions, reporting layouts, and system controls
- Design, build, and maintain customizations across financial and operational modules
- Create and manage workflows in SuiteFlow to streamline Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory Management, and Work Orders
- Develop and maintain SuiteScripts to automate key business tasks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite users, including training and troubleshooting across finance, inventory, manufacturing, and reporting
- Maintain data integrity through imports, mass updates, and data cleansing to ensure platform reliability
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to gather requirements and implement process improvements in NetSuite
- Support month-end and year-end close by ensuring system availability and accurate data
- Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other systems, and troubleshoot integration errors quickly to protect data integrity
What You Need
- 3+ years of systems administration experience with a strong focus on NetSuite supporting finance and operations
- Strong proficiency customizing NetSuite financial, inventory, and manufacturing modules
- Proven experience building complex workflows using SuiteFlow
- Familiarity with SuiteScripts for business process automation
- Expertise in saved searches and custom reporting for operational and financial analysis
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and supply chain concepts, including Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate cross-functional needs into technical solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across varied stakeholders
