Responsibilities
- Design high-impact motion graphics for leading global brands across various formats
- Collaborate with creative and account teams in multiple time zones
- Deliver simultaneous projects on time, within budget, and at pixel-perfect quality
- Create animated digital ads, Lottie, and Rive animations
- Explore and integrate AI-powered tools for video, image generation, and animation enhancements
- Support creative leads to ensure business value and client success through design
- Contribute to interactive motion projects that expand storytelling and engagement
Requirements
- BA or higher in Design, Creative, Communications, or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video work
- Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop (3D and video editing a plus)
- Proven experience with Rive and Lottie animations
- Deep knowledge of animation principles and visual storytelling
- Familiarity with UI design systems and preferably HTML5
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable with AI-enhanced creative tools and emerging technologies
- Strong organizational skills with ability to deliver high-quality work on time
