Compensation
- $85–$90/hour (equivalent to ~$135K/year, based on experience)
What You’ll Do
- Define the visual direction, mood, and tone of digital products with high-fidelity prototypes and assets
- Create user journeys, flows, and interfaces that enhance usability and engagement
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure accessibility and scalability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and medical affairs teams
- Mentor other designers, providing critique and elevating design quality across projects
- Apply expertise in typography, color, motion, and layout to deliver polished, pixel-perfect experiences
- Present design rationale persuasively to stakeholders and leadership
What You Need
- 10+ years of visual/UI/digital product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating best-in-class design across mobile and digital products
- Deep expertise in mobile UX design, design systems, and component-based workflows
- Proven success balancing user needs with business and brand goals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in agile environments
- Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or front-end development principles preferred
- Healthcare/pharma industry experience a plus, but not required
