What You’ll Do
- Conduct performance assessments of Android, iOS, and React Native applications
- Perform technical audits covering startup time, memory usage, app size, and build performance
- Review shared codebases, architecture, and third-party dependencies to identify blockers
- Audit CI/CD pipelines and design automated guardrails for performance metrics
- Develop modernization roadmaps and remediation plans with effort estimates
- Deliver detailed PDF reports with metrics, screenshots, and implementation guides
- Collaborate with client engineering/product teams and lead workshops to present findings
What You Need
- Proven expertise in mobile application performance assessments across Android, iOS, and React Native
- Strong knowledge of Swift/Objective-C (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android)
- Experience in architectural review, modernization planning, and CI/CD pipeline auditing
- Ability to create remediation plans with actionable steps and clear documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder engagement
Preferred
- Experience with tools like Perfetto, Systrace, Xcode Instruments, or MetricKit
- Familiarity with TurboModules and Fabric
- Background in developing technical diagrams, implementation guides, and modernization strategies
