What You’ll Do
- Lead Vault R&D migration implementations, moving document content and object data from legacy systems into Vault
- Advise customers on ETL strategy, process design, and best practices
- Mentor Data Migration Specialists and guide migration activities end to end
- Contribute to the Professional Services knowledge base and strengthen Veeva’s migration program
- Provide subject matter expertise on migration tool development and the ETL workflow
- Support project scoping and effort estimates for the Vault R&D product suite
What You Need
- 3+ years of document/content migration experience (Documentum, OpenText, Box, SharePoint, etc.)
- 3+ years of database migration experience (SAP, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Trackwise, Argus, ArisGlobal, etc.)
- 3+ years of customer-facing technical consulting experience
- Comfortable presenting to management and executives as the migration SME
- Experience leading and mentoring team members
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and XML
- Located in and legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
- Ability to travel up to 10%
