What You’ll Do

  • Lead technical design workshops with stakeholders, translating business goals into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Architect and develop Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service) applications using C#, JavaScript, MS SQL, and CRM SDK
  • Oversee integrations via Azure Functions, REST/ODATA Web APIs, and Middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft)
  • Manage data migration and harmonization using Azure Data Factory and related tools
  • Set up and maintain DevOps pipelines for CRM deployments
  • Create and implement Power BI and SSRS reporting solutions
  • Lead pre-sales engagements and develop technical Proofs of Concept (POCs)
  • Enforce best practices for security, performance, and maintainability
  • Mentor technical teams and ensure project delivery aligns with architectural standards

What You Bring

  • 12–14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales/Service) and related Microsoft suite tools
  • Deep understanding of integration architecture, cloud computing, and SOA environments
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and Microsoft toolkits
  • Experience with Azure Services, including Azure Functions and Service Bus
  • Familiarity with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and complex solution delivery
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications: Dynamics 365 for Sales, Service, or Customizations
  • Experience in banking or financial services industries
  • Hands-on experience in data migration, reporting, and API integrations
