What You’ll Do
- Implement and manage Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Orchestrator (AJO) across business units
- Build and optimize customer segments to drive targeted, personalized campaigns
- Manage integrations between AEP, AJO, and other MarTech solutions
- Design and execute automated campaigns that improve engagement and conversions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align MarTech initiatives with business goals
- Develop and execute the MarTech roadmap, ensuring strategy aligns with digital business objectives
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide teams in best practices
- Track performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and recommend improvements
- Stay ahead of MarTech trends and bring forward innovative solutions
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience with AEP and AJO in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration and multi-channel campaigns
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and data management tools
- Proficiency with integration of AEP/AJO and other platforms
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Preferred
- 8+ years of MarTech or AdTech experience
- Adobe certifications (AEP or AJO)
- Experience with Adobe Campaign, Target, or Analytics
- Background in media and entertainment industry
