What You’ll Do
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows across channels
- Optimize email campaigns for engagement, conversion, and deliverability
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on behavioral and CRM data
- Align campaigns with Sales and Marketing revenue goals
- Analyze campaign performance and turn results into clear next-step improvements
- Oversee CRM integrations and lead scoring strategies
- Stay current on marketing automation tools and trends
- Ensure campaigns follow best practices and legal requirements (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and champion accessibility and responsive email design
What You Need
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot)
- Strong understanding of CRM and lead management (Salesforce)
- Email marketing strategy experience, including A/B testing
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign metrics and performance data
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Deliverability best practices experience
- 3–5+ years in email marketing (preferably B2B SaaS)
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and email best practices
- Working knowledge of HTML/email templating and responsive design principles
