Cross-functional work supporting data science and analytics teams
Leadership role with team management, delivery ownership, and operational accountability

What You’ll Do

  • Build infrastructure such as microservices to support deployment and operationalization of ML/AI models
  • Lead and mentor a team of Data Analytics Engineers and Machine Learning/AI Engineers through coaching, development, and execution
  • Design and maintain data pipelines, data lakes, and ML/AI model deployment frameworks
  • Drive scalable, secure cloud infrastructure development and ongoing optimization
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather needs and deliver infrastructure solutions
  • Automate ingestion, transformation, and ML/AI workflow processes to increase efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory standards
  • Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency across the stack
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend improvements that meaningfully move the needle

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ML infrastructure, or similar roles
  • 2+ years leading or managing technical teams (preferred)
  • Ability to design secure, scalable cloud systems and support model deployment frameworks
  • Strong operational mindset: governance, performance monitoring, cost optimization, and reliability
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Data Engineer, etc.) preferred but not required

Pay Range: $130,000 – $140,000/yr.
