This role is for a senior designer who can connect big-picture vision to pixel-level execution, shaping how SeatGeek feels across the entire platform. You’ll lead through behavioral design, systems thinking, and storytelling to build a best-in-class ticketing experience for fans and partners.

  • Must have 4+ hours of overlap with a 9:30am–5:30pm East Coast workday

What You’ll Do

  • Deeply understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists
  • Define clear strategies that connect multiple verticals into a cohesive product vision
  • Lead end-to-end design from concept through execution and launch, balancing speed and craft
  • Drive impact through both optimization work and 0-to-1 product development
  • Use experimentation, data, and systems thinking to guide decisions and iterate toward stronger outcomes
  • Improve and evolve component systems to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across the platform
  • Partner closely across product, engineering, product marketing, customer success, and other teams

What You Need

  • 8+ years of UX or product design experience
  • Strong design craftsmanship and end-to-end execution ability
  • Experience with behavioral design, systems design, and storytelling in product work
  • Understanding of the technical and logistical friction points that shape live event experiences
  • A builder mindset: challenger, changemaker, and innovator
  • Passion for live experiences and the details that make them work
