  • Proven ability to own features end-to-end including design, testing, deployment, and production support
  • 1 to 2+ years in a technical lead capacity, guiding work breakdown, tradeoffs, reviews, and pairing
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar), containers, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Comfort using observability tools (Datadog or similar) for monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance improvements
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and supporting asynchronous workflows (background jobs, event listeners, scheduled tasks)
  • Experience using modern AI coding assistants while maintaining security, quality, and team standards
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a bias toward clarity and alignment
  • Ownership mindset that proactively improves codebases, documentation, and team processes

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage options

  • Flexible paid time off, sick time, and 10 company-paid holidays
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Culture Committee initiatives that build connection and belonging
