Schedule
- Fully remote, work from anywhere
- Choose between 32–40 hours per week
- Must have at least 4 hours of overlap with UK working hours

What You’ll Do
- Develop clean, secure, efficient code using PHP, JavaScript, and WordPress libraries
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the UpdraftPlus plugin
- Manage and support a team of developers, assigning and reviewing tasks
- Maintain technical standards and guide architectural decisions
- Resolve blockers, prioritize work, and serve as the technical point of contact
- Partner with QA and Product to align engineering output with business goals
What You Need
- Extensive experience building WordPress plugins in PHP
- Solid JavaScript skills
- Background managing developers and coordinating with stakeholders
- Strong understanding of code quality, security, and performance best practices
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with GitHub, GitLab, or Git (or quick ability to learn if coming from SVN)
