What You’ll Do
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers on Agile teams
- Design and develop multi-tier web solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
- Contribute to frontend development with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
- Lead across all phases of the software development lifecycle: planning, design, testing, deployment, and support
- Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO while implementing best practices in coding and architecture
- Collaborate with peers on technical processes, project planning, and solution roadmaps
- Review code, prototype new solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and DevOps practices
What You Need
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET (MVC and WebForms), HTML, JavaScript, React, and Visual Studio/Code
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server), NoSQL a plus
- Strong knowledge of Domain-Driven Design, dependency injection, caching strategies, and web performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, AngularJS, Node.js)
- Familiarity with JIRA, BitBucket/Git, and test frameworks (MSTest, NUnit, Jasmine, Moq)
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns in web environments
- Ability to plan, lead, and document multiple projects independently
Preferred
- 8+ years of .NET MVC web development, ideally in retail/eCommerce
- 5+ years with relational databases
- 3+ years leading development teams under Agile Scrum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Compensation
- Salary range: $126,960 – $158,700 annually
- Eligible for bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term compensation
