What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop advanced AI software applications built for scalability, performance, and enterprise integration
  • Architect and optimize secure, resilient AI systems and deploy models into production using MLOps best practices
  • Develop descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive algorithms and insights
  • Translate complex specifications into clean, maintainable code while mentoring junior engineers and shaping team practices
  • Build responsible AI/ML solutions by selecting the right tools, processes, automation, and tech stack for each use case
  • Contribute to enterprise solutioning across Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, deep learning, and classical ML
  • Create and promote playbooks, best practices, lessons learned, and reusable technical IP
  • Stay current on the AI landscape and evaluate emerging tech for production readiness

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years of AI/ML experience
  • 4+ years of cloud solutioning experience
  • Professional programming experience (Python strongly referenced)
  • Proficiency in software engineering, DevOps, and modern development methodologies
  • Experience with API programming and Linux
  • Experience working collaboratively as a contributor on technical teams

Preferred Skills

  • Deep learning architecture experience and strong ML engineering judgment
  • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Pandas
  • Experience building reference implementations and production AI pipelines
  • Ability to scope customer needs, identify gaps in off-the-shelf tools, and build custom solutions
  • CI/CD, DevSecOps, Agile experience
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Familiarity using multiple languages (Python/Java) and front-end frameworks for POC demos or dashboards
