What You’ll Do
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, DevSecOps, and more) using Agile methods
- Customize ServiceNow applications, configure UI/workflows, and support new application rollouts
- Deploy, maintain, and audit IT-managed SaaS applications leveraging SSO and Just-in-Time Provisioning
- Partner with application owners to enable SAML/Azure AD integrations for SaaS tools
- Create, present, and implement process improvements to strengthen IT service management and user experience
- Integrate Hub and Spoke features for automated account creation, management, and group assignments in AD/Azure AD
What You Need
- 4+ years designing and improving ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or ZenDesk)
- 2+ years with multi-forest Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, and OpenLDAP integrations
- Strong backend development experience with JavaScript for ServiceNow
- Experience designing and supporting hybrid Microsoft enterprise infrastructure
- Effective communicator of technical issues and solutions across teams
- Familiarity with HIPAA and/or HITRUST environments

$127,545 – $159,431 USD
