- Full-time, remote role (Brazil)
- Reporting to an IT Operations Manager
- Global collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
What You’ll Do
- Respond to IT tickets and escalations via Slack, email, phone, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot advanced hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues
- Mentor Tier 1 team members and create support documentation
- Install, upgrade, and maintain laptops, desktops, software, and peripherals
- Maintain asset inventories and ensure all workspaces and conference rooms are functional
- Improve IT support processes and expand self-service options
- Support onsite tech needs, including hardware management and meeting room setups
- Participate in on-call rotation for complex escalations
What You Need
- 3–5 years of IT support experience with escalation skills
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Microsoft Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft 365, Google Drive, Okta, Slack, VPN, RingCentral, Zoom, and related tools
- Experience with asset management, process improvement, and IT documentation
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse end users and IT teams
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with mentorship experience
