What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex support tickets from internal and external users using Jira and Confluence
  • Gather technical details, perform debugging, and escalate issues with full context
  • Communicate with clarity and discretion, keeping customers updated while protecting internal information
  • Troubleshoot web and platform issues including SSO, proxy access, and site functionality
  • Maintain the support knowledge base and contribute to documentation improvements

What You Need

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and resourceful problem-solving mindset
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and HubSpot
  • Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills with the ability to debug using browser console
  • Understanding of web networking concepts: HTTPS, firewalls, proxy servers, IPs, SSO, XML, JSON
