What You’ll Do
- Manage complex support tickets from internal and external users using Jira and Confluence
- Gather technical details, perform debugging, and escalate issues with full context
- Communicate with clarity and discretion, keeping customers updated while protecting internal information
- Troubleshoot web and platform issues including SSO, proxy access, and site functionality
- Maintain the support knowledge base and contribute to documentation improvements
What You Need
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and resourceful problem-solving mindset
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and HubSpot
- Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills with the ability to debug using browser console
- Understanding of web networking concepts: HTTPS, firewalls, proxy servers, IPs, SSO, XML, JSON
