  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Occasional on-site support required in Dallas or Denver

What You’ll Do

  • Provide support for macOS devices (iMacs, MacBooks) across remote teams and call centers
  • Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues via service desk tickets
  • Troubleshoot tools like Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, and Jira
  • Document support requests with clear issue tracking and resolution notes
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding through Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and leadership to optimize processes and internal documentation
  • Deliver empathetic, solutions-focused support to users under pressure

What You Need

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s in a technical field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in macOS enterprise IT support, preferably in high-volume environments
  • Deep understanding of Mac hardware, cloud tools (Jamf, Okta, Jira), and remote support workflows
  • Experience supporting wireless networks and distributed teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain composure under pressure
