- Occasional on-site support required in Dallas or Denver
What You’ll Do
- Provide support for macOS devices (iMacs, MacBooks) across remote teams and call centers
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues via service desk tickets
- Troubleshoot tools like Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, and Jira
- Document support requests with clear issue tracking and resolution notes
- Manage onboarding/offboarding through Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and leadership to optimize processes and internal documentation
- Deliver empathetic, solutions-focused support to users under pressure
What You Need
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in a technical field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in macOS enterprise IT support, preferably in high-volume environments
- Deep understanding of Mac hardware, cloud tools (Jamf, Okta, Jira), and remote support workflows
- Experience supporting wireless networks and distributed teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain composure under pressure
