Schedule

  • Full time, Remote (states eligible listed below)
  • Pay range: $85,000–$105,000/year

What You’ll Do

  • Organize teams to deliver projects across one or more functional areas
  • Clarify objectives, define workstreams, build timelines, and drive project commitments
  • Establish clear accountability across IT and business stakeholders
  • Set and track milestones, manage delays, and reset schedules and expectations when needed
  • Build and run communication plans, delivering status updates to impacted teams and leaders
  • Lead interdepartmental teams to deliver on time, to spec, and with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain timeline and budget discipline through closeout
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize trends to guide strategic project decisions

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field, plus 3 years of project management experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)
  • Experience planning and tracking projects in a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Experience gathering requirements and maintaining clear documentation
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
  • Project management certification (PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or similar) preferred
  • Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Project, and Atlassian Confluence/Jira (preferred)
