Schedule
Remote role (must reside in one of these states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI)
Cross-functional work across IT and business stakeholders
Methodologies include Agile/Scrum and SDLC/Waterfall
What You’ll Do
- Drive project commitments and establish clear accountability across IT and business teams
- Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, identify workstreams, and build project timelines
- Set and track milestones, manage risks, and adjust schedules when delays happen
- Create and run project communication plans with clear status updates across departments
- Build credibility with business leaders, solve problems, and guide teams toward consensus
- Lead interdepartmental teams to deliver projects on time, to spec, and with accuracy
- Maintain project schedules with budget awareness and clean follow-through through close
- Collect, analyze, and summarize trends and data to guide project strategy and decisions
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3 years of project management experience
OR equivalent relevant experience in place of a degree - Experience planning and tracking projects in a cross-functional matrix environment
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies and Agile/Scrum plus SDLC/Waterfall
- Bonus: PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification
- Bonus: familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Project, and Atlassian Confluence/Jira

Pay Range: $85,000 – $105,000/yr.
