What You’ll Do

  • Design scalable, extensible, flexible solutions using modern technologies and design practices
  • Lead solution design and strategy for high-priority government pursuits
  • Define technical win themes and differentiators for competitive proposals
  • Develop and deliver presentations and demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Translate client requirements into viable solution elements and architecture views
  • Lead major solution components and technical volumes as part of capture teams
  • Support RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, including whitepapers, concept development, architecture, and implementation methodology
  • Partner with pricing and delivery teams to ensure cost realism and solution viability
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions can be implemented operationally
  • Conduct competitive analysis and align solution strategy to market trends
  • Drive innovation through emerging tech and industry best practices
  • Mentor other solution architects and provide guidance, coaching, and training across technical teams
  • Help guide teams through technology transitions, including training and adoption planning
  • Identify and contribute to improvements in open source initiatives when applicable

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 10–12+ years of relevant professional experience (solution development/IT leadership)
  • Deep understanding of government IT landscape and compliance requirements
  • Experience with estimation techniques and competitive solution development
  • Expertise in one or more domains (cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, etc.)
  • Knowledge of security standards, compliance frameworks, and risk management
  • Experience with government proposal processes and competitive analysis
  • Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff
  • Ability to operate across multiple time zones in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
  • U.S. citizenship required
